How we think drives the manner in which we act. I found this list to be incredibly telling. I think it also is a great help for many of us who may find that we are struggling in one area or another. It may provide a clue to where the disconnect lies. If nothing else I think it is a terrific affirmation tool. After all we all know that it takes 21 days to create a new habit.
